Kurz Aviation Service GmbH is a traditional company in the general aviation sector and is represented as an FBO (Fixed-Base-Operator) with two private general aviation terminals in Stuttgart and Cologne. As a handling company, we are also active at Frankfurt am Main Airport and Frankfurt Egelsbach.
We are looking for active support for our station at Cologne/Bonn Airport with immediate effect. (full-time and part-time)
Your area of responsibility:
- Handling of private aircraft
- Organization of all required services on the apron
- Assisting the crew and passengers with loading and unloading baggage
- Organization of transport, hotel bookings and catering orders
- Preparation and follow-up of flights and the associated administrative tasks
- Contact person for private airlines, crews and passengers
- Invoicing
- Looking after and catering for passengers in the lounge/conference room
Your Profile:
- Experience in aviation and operations, preferably in general aviation
- Knowledge of aircraft handling and crew handling
- Very high service orientation and communication skills
- Willingness to work irregular hours (shift work) and on-call duty
- Good written and spoken English skills
- Basic IT skills (MS Word, MS Excel, Outlook)
- High ability to work in a team and quick comprehension
- Ability to multitask
