You will be charged all fees without any surcharges. In addition, you will only receive a single invoice on which, in addition to take-off and landing fees, all other airport charges, the terminal charge and additionally booked services are noted.

Cancellation period:
» 24 to 12 hours before VIP care event: 50% of the order value
» Less than 12 hours before the VIP care event: 80% of the order value
For VIP customers who do not show up for the booked and bindingly confirmed service event by VIP Services
(no-show), the client will be charged 100% of the order value.
